Our Story

Built for cross-border founders

Meridian Accountants & Tax Partners was built on a simple observation: businesses increasingly operate across borders, but the accounting industry mostly still doesn't. A founder incorporating in Ohio while running the business from overseas typically ends up stitching together a US bookkeeper, a US tax preparer, and a separate advisor who never talk to each other — each working from a different set of numbers, on a different timeline.

We built the US practice to be the alternative: one firm, one accountant, one standard of work, whether you're a US-resident founder or running your American LLC from abroad. We are a lean, founder-led practice by design — when you email us, you're emailing the people doing the work, not a support rotation.
